It's that time of year again, the time where the roads are filled with tractors transporting harvested
sugar cane to the factories to produce sugar and rum, the time where all the fields lay bare and cleanly cut, the time where you see people walking down the road chewing on some freshly cut cane itself. Sugar Harvest has arrived and we thought we would give you a little glimpse of it in action.
